What if my BI tool isn't listed?
Anything that speaks Postgres works out of the box — Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, Superset, Grafana, Sigma, Hex, Mode, custom apps. The list above is just the ones we've documented setup for.
Can I bring my own database?
Yes — at every paid tier. Connect a Postgres you already run (RDS, Supabase, Neon, your own VPC) and we write into the schema you point us at. Storage and egress overage are waived because you're hosting.
How fresh is the data?
Hourly for most ad reports and inventory snapshots. Daily for orders, settlements, and Brand Analytics. SQP follows Amazon's weekly/monthly cadence. The exact schedule is per-report and configurable.
What about Walmart Marketplace?
On the roadmap, with the same warehouse shape as Amazon so you can union sales across channels. If you need it sooner, talk to us — pilot slots are open.
Do you offer real-time webhooks?
Not as the primary surface — for an analytical warehouse the right answer is scheduled ingest. If you need event-driven automation, point Postgres LISTEN/NOTIFY at the tables we write to, or use a CDC tool on top of the warehouse.
