Metering

How metering works.

We meter the things that actually cost us money: storage and egress on the managed Postgres we host for you. We don't meter queries, orders, ASINs, or seats.

Pricing FAQ

Questions, answered.

What counts as "egress"?
Data flowing out of the managed Postgres we host for you — typically BI tool refreshes, Sheets pulls, or application reads. The included allowance is enough for normal BI workloads; if you point a high-frequency dashboard at it you'll see overage. If you bring your own database, egress isn't on us at all.
Can I bring my own database at the Starter tier?
Yes — at any tier. Connect your own Postgres (or Supabase, Neon, RDS, or anything else Postgres-compatible) and we run the pipeline against it. Storage and egress overage are waived because you're hosting. The tier price is the same; you pick managed or BYO based on your preference for control vs convenience.
What happens if I cancel?
If you're on managed mode, we hand you a Postgres dump of everything we collected on your behalf. If you're on BYO, nothing changes — your data stays in your database. Either way, you keep the data.
Can I be billed in USD or EUR instead of GBP?
Yes. Use the £ / $ / € toggle at the top of this page to switch — your selection carries through into the signup / upgrade flow. If you're in the eurozone we default the toggle to € for you; you can always change it. Stripe locks your billing currency at the first invoice, so pick the one you want to stay on. VAT (UK and EU) and US sales tax are computed from your billing address regardless of the currency you pay in.
